Where are you located?
I work from Jemma Millar's Studio, 2 Harris Street, Netley SA 5037. It is just off Marion road and there is parking on the street available. 

 

Do I need to confirm my appointment?
YES! All bookings will receive a confirmation email 24 hours prior. This needs to be replied to otherwise you risk having your appointment cancelled. Please keep an eye on your junk folders as well. If you haven't received a confirmation email please email me ASAP before your appointment. 

How long is the appointment?
Each appointment is 45 minutes maximum. Bridal trials are one hour long. 

Do I have to bring anything?
No. Please come with a freshly washed and clean face. All waxing/threading should be done a week before. Please make sure skin is hydrated as well by drinking at least 2 litres of water the few days before.

How do I pay? 
I accept cash or there is pay wave available there. A $40 deposit is required to be paid within 24 hours once the booking has been made. If your deposit hasn't been paid then your appointment will be cancelled. These deposits are non refundable and non transferable to another date. For online bookings please enter your bank card details at the end and it will automatically pay your deposit. For bookings made via email I will send my bank details.

Do you travel?
I travel for bridal parties and group bookings larger then 6 on Saturdays or 4 Friday/Sunday. Travel fee applies please contact for further information.

What hours do you work? 
I work Fridays and Saturdays from 7.15am - 5pm. Monday through to Thursday and also Sunday please contact for available times as I work two jobs. 

 

How long will the makeup last? 
As long as you are not sweating or touching your face your makeup will last 16 hours.
